        Currently, when registering classes like IRelyingPartyApplicationStore within a web.config, DNOA will instantiate these and call whatever interface methods. These classes, however are most likely dependent on other interfaces like IService or IRepository. Would be good to allow some sort of Dependency Injection instead of requiring a parameterless constrcutor.
