blogspot / blogger has "quirks" -- add a "quirksmode" configuration option so we can support these providers via web.config.

Provide complete support/sample to check if a google web store app is licensed
A complete sample that shows the complete flow to sign, retreive user data (and openid url) and check if user bought the app, would be very very useful for many people, i think

Support Serialization of Exceptions like DotNetOpenAuth.Messaging.ProtocolException
It would make it easier to track down application exceptions that DotNetOpenAuth ends up eating.
